Skilled Mechanical Inc. specializes in, but not limited to, mechanical equipment and HVAC construction, repair and replacement. Our principals have a combined of 35 years in the construction industry and have completed millions of dollars worth of construction and construction-related projects for both private sector and city or state agencies.

Our past and current projects include full-service and maintenance of heating and cooling equipment, installation of new cooling, ventilation and ducting systems for new developed buildings or rehabs with a focus on high-efficiency equipment. Skilled Mechanical, Inc. is certified in VRV systems with brands as Daikin, Mitsubishi etc. and our key personnel have been trained for installation, troubleshooting and commissioning.
